In order to approve charter flights for seasonal workers to destinations in Europe from Sibiu International Airport, the airline must provide the airport administration the following information, with at least 48 hours prior to scheduled departure:
✈ airline contact details;
✈ flight number;
✈ flight date;
✈ ETA UTC;
✈ ETD UTC;
✈ origin;
✈ destination;
✈ aircraft type;
✈ maximum seating capacity;
✈ aircraft registration number – if available;
✈ estimated number of passengers – if available.
